Monday night’s announcement by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) about COVID-19 testing requirements for travelers arriving by air to the U.S. extends to those of you aboard private jets. However, it’s not expected to be a major issue – so long as you can provide documentation.
The new rules go into effect on Jan 26 and apply to all passengers regardless of citizenship!
All air passengers arriving to the U.S. from a foreign country will need to get tested no more than three days before their flight departs. They will need to provide proof of the negative result or documentation of having recovered from COVID-19 before boarding the flight.
